We offer competitive rates, honesty, reliability and workmanship that can be backed by guarantees and protected through our membership with The Confederation of Roofing Contractors, depending on the type of works. Please discuss your options prior to the work starting.

We offer several different types of warranty depending on the type of work completed, the materials used and what your needs are. 

​

  • We can offer a 15 year, standard warranty that covers materials, workmanship and water ingress on full roofing works.

​

  • Some of our systems carry a 25 year warranty.

​

  • Because we are fully licensed, we can also offer a 10 year, insurance backed warranty through THE CONFEDERATION OF ROOFING CONTRACTORS. These warranties are subject to a nominal fee and will depend on the type of work completed.

  • For peace of mind, should you sell your property, all of our warranties stay with the property.

​

Warranties are subject to the type of roofing works completed. Please note that not all roofing works, such as some repairs, will be eligible for warranty cover unless stated and/or requested prior to work starting.

Should any repair fail in the first year we will always endeavour to rectify the issue within an agreed time period.
